Startup Capsule #8 - Meet one of the coolest professors in town - Prof. Pedro Tabensky from the Allan Gray Centre for Leadership Ethics (https://www.ru.ac.za/agcle) based at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa.
Pedro and team have developed an ethics programme that imaginatively investigates and conceptualises what constitutes ethical and responsible leadership. His team aims to promote ethical leadership in diverse contexts, and develops education and training programmes to foster such leadership.
It's not just about teaching and discussing ethics at an intellectual level but engaging through ethical activities and an ethical orientation that helps us live ethical, responsible lives.
I'll definitely be meeting up with Pedro again in the near future. This Prof. is full of fantastic insights and his delivery mechanisms, when it comes to ethics related development, are in a class of their own!
